CHARACTERISTICS

COLOUR: Golden green

AROMA: Intense, fruity

FLAVOUR: fresh olives, green grass, tomato, almond

TASTE: Slightly peppery with a hint of bitterness, yet harmonious

ACIDITY: 0,10% never exceeding 0,20%

METHODS OF PRODUCTION: Olives are pressed within 8 hours from picking by continuous centrifugation and by cold extraction – that is at temperatures below 27°C/80.6°F . Unfiltered.

AVAILABILITY: RAVIDA extra virgin olive oil is sold in selected gourmet shops around the world.

FORMATS: It is available in six formats: 750, 500, 250, 40 ml dark green glass bottles that protect the oil from harmful light rays.
